Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions are based on the standards of the Dutch leisure industry association (RECRON).

Free cancellation within 24 hours

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival

If you cancel up to 3 months before the start of your stay, 85% of the total travel price will be refunded.

Cancellation between 2 and 3 months before arrival

If you cancel between 2 and 3 months before the start of your stay, 50% of the total travel price will be refunded.

Cancellation between 1 and 2 months before arrival

If you cancel between 1 and 2 months before the start of your stay, 25% of the total travel price will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival

If you cancel within 1 month before the start of your stay, 10% of the total travel price will be refunded.

Cancellation on the day of arrival

If you cancel on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

A €35 administration fee will be charged for each cancellation.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events. You can purchase travel cancellation insurance during the booking process.
